Yoga is a practice for all ages that uses many tools to reconnect with oneself on a physical and mental level. Kate teaches several styles of yoga adapted to your needs: Hatha, Vinyasa, Bowspring, Restorative, Yoga Nidra.
Every moment on the mat is an opportunity to refocus on oneself and to regain balance in body and mind.
A regular practice of yoga can improve your quality of life. Some of the benefits of yoga are: improved sleep, better digestion, concentration, patience, more energy, weight maintenance, stress reduction.
Kate also offers consultations and coaching to guide you on your yoga and wellness path.
