Luxury traditional savoyard chalet with hot tub & sauna5 minutes by car from the Les Arcs ski lift (funicular), 10 minutes by car from the La Rosiere chairlift. Quiet location but close to shops, bars and restaurants in Bourg Saint Maurice In the village of Seez, the gate to the col de petit Saint Bernard and to Italy A few minutes walk from the famous Arpin weavers, manufacturer of fine artisan fabrics since 1817 arpin1817.com Very close to the municipal swimming pool which during the summer has an outdoor pool with flumes.Sleeps 10:5 bedrooms, with with ensuite bathrooms. All of our luxury bedrooms have hotel quality pocket sprung beds (all rooms can be either twin single beds or a super-king double bed), a hair dryer and UK plug sockets in every room. Egyptian cotton towels and bed linen are provided.The chalet has a large well equipped kitchen & there is a very good supermarket 5 minutes walk away.We have a spacious living / dining area with comfy sofas in front of the wood fire and there is a large television with UK Freesat, Blu-ray player & PlayStation. Patio doors from here lead out to the wrap around balcony with views across the valley. In the games area, on the mezzanine floor, you’ll find a full size pool table & board games and access to another, smaller balcony which is perfect for relaxing with a book from our collection.Out in the garden you can soothe your aching muscles in our stunning 8 person, wood fuelled hot tub or make use of our beautiful chalet style sauna (included in the price during the ski season, available for a supplement of 20 euros per day during the rest of the year).We have private parking for up to 3 cars.We live in a self-contained apartment below the chalet and are available most of the time if you have any problems We look forward to meeting youKat & Stu http://www.chalet-des-sangliers.com/fr
