Private parking. Ski locker in winter. Private garden (BBQ), balcony. TV, DVD. Internet (wifi). Ski lifts nearby, shuttle service 300m. Sandrine et Frédéric are ski instructors who will be happy to give advice. Chamonix 30km, Megève 15km, Sallanches 10km. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Bed linen supplied (160 cm wide bed) and for hire (single bed).

In Cordon, balcony of Mont-Blanc, semi-detached gite of 76m² located at the foot of the Cordon slopes with a view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
Integrated kitchen with dining area, living room (TV, DVD, sofa), balcony, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140 + 1 bunk bed 90), bedroom 2 (communicating with bedroom 1 - 1 bed 160), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160) , bathroom (walk-in shower), separate wc.
Ski/bicycle locker, private garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The fireplace in the living room is not functional.
Ski lifts at 100m, shuttle to the slopes or the village at 300m. Sandrine and Frédéric, ski instructors will also be able to advise you.
Chamonix at 30km, Megève at 15km, Sallanches at 10km. Reduction for stays of 3 weeks -10%. Possibility to rent sheets for the single bed and sheets provided for 160 beds.
