Situated in the historic district of Bessans, in the former courtyard of the Cimaz, our gîte, entirely renovated to new, charmingly combines the old and the modern.

- 25m² living room with fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher (tablets provided), small appliances (kettle, coffee maker, toaster...),
- living room with sofa bed, table for 6 (extension available in the flat) and TNT TV.
- Shower room with two basins, 90x90 shower (hairdryer provided), towel dryer and 5kg washing machine (washing powder provided, clothes line, clothes pegs, ironing board and iron), separate toilet.
- A large bedroom (13m²) with a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe,
- A small bedroom (9m²) with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Sheets are provided free of charge and the beds made on arrival.
If necessary, umbrella bed and deckchair for baby (can be adapted as a dining chair) can be provided.
