Gite of 132 m² (+ 15m² attic) arranged on 2 levels with taste by the owners in an old restored farmhouse typical of the region also including 1 other gite (reference 280047 - regroupable gites) and another rental. Independent entrance. Mountain view, refined decoration. Comfort assured with one bathroom/WC per room.
Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen open to living room - dining room with wood stove (wood provided), TV, DVD, corner sofa. Access to the balcony terrace (mountain view) from the living room. Bedroom 1 Garden (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom, separate WC.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 Mont-Blanc (2 90x190 beds that can be twinned to create 1 double bed, bathroom/WC), bedroom 3 Tournette (3 beds 90x190 including 2 twin beds, shower room/WC), bedroom 4 Le Nom (2 twin beds 90x190, shower room/WC). Linens provided. Possibility to rent bathroom linen.
Large shared 6-seater jacuzzi (access free of charge, by reservation). Reserved for adults and children over 10 years old.
Brazier space (18 m²) to share a friendly moment around a fire.
