Independent chalet (51 m² + 8 m² attic) built on 2 levels in a beautiful atmosphere Woods and mountains, alongside the housing of the owners. Ground floor: kitchen open to living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140cm), shower/WC. On the first floor: mezzanine with office, Room 2 (2 beds 90cm, balcony), laundry (washing-machine). Linens provided. Terrace, Garden (garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs). Private parking. Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier connected to the La Clusaz field) 6.5 km, stop free shuttles at 50 m from the chalet (only winter, access to la Croix Fry, Merdassier, La Clusaz). Thones (all shops, activities) 6.5 km. Lake of Annecy beaches 21km, Annecy 25km. Many walks summer/winter out of the cottage. The owners are farmers, opportunity to visit the farm to 300 m in winter or alpine (Semnoz) summer. Small dog or cat accepted under conditions and with the agreement of the owner. 3 weeks-10%.
