Between Lake Annecy and the Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, house comprising 2 gites and the owners' accommodation on 2900 m2 of land.
Gîte of 23 m2 + 17 m2 attic on the 1st floor with independent access. Kitchen area / living area (Rapido sofa bed for 1 person) / sleeping area (1 double bed), DVD player, shower room/wc. Central heating.
Covered balcony. Access to covered and heated swimming pool (May to September), barbecue, boules court, children's games. Outdoor spa accessible at an additional cost to be paid on site. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
Lake Annecy/beach 2km away, nature reserve, paragliding site 2km, skiing at Seythenex 15km. Golf of Giez 7 min. Ugine/Annecy cycle path 400 m away. The owners have dogs and cats. Cleaning deposit included in the deposit. Arrival time to be agreed with the owners between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Reminder: a deposit is requested on arrival with an inventory.
If you need to change the number of people provided for in your reservation - within the limit of the maximum capacity - please do so no more than 24 hours before the start of your stay.
