The Grand Parcours is an exceptional opportunity to discover the activity or to perfect your technique.

3 routes

- Young ice axes: specifically for sports schools, schools and youth structures
- Initiation: you have never practiced this activity before or very little.
- Improvement: you have already done this several times. You want to improve yourself.


3 locations

- The Barmettes cliff: frozen cliff at the Biathlon site
- The Ecot valley: natural waterfalls, snow corridors, canyon
- The Vallon du Ribon: natural waterfalls, snow corridor


If you are not a member of the FFCAM then you will need to take out a discovery card (temporary license + personal insurance) -
• Attention for people not licensed at the FFCAM, a discovery card (temporary license + personal insurance) is compulsory


ASSURANCE :
(If you are a member of the FFCAM, bring your membership number so as not to pay for the insurance offered by the discovery card).

MATERIALS:
Each participant must be in possession of: mountaineering shoes, 2 traction ice axes, crampons, harness + lanyard + 2 screw carabiners + quickdraws (optional), helmet, safety equipment (DVA, shovel, probe) (*), d a backpack with supplies (water + snacks).

Please note: weather conditions can be very cold. It is essential to have clothing adapted to the conditions.
