- Two bedrooms: -a master bedroom with a large double bed (160x200) and direct access to the terrace,
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a single bunk bed that can accommodate 3 children or a couple and a young child.
- Shower room with double sink and large shower,
- Separate toilet
- Plenty of storage space in the apartment.
- Large bright living room, with a seating area equipped with two sofas, including a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people
- A fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable dining area,
- The apartment benefits from the largest terrace in the residence: 40m² corner terrace facing south and west, with a magnificent view of the Beaufortain range.
- One parking space is provided in a closed underground garage, accessible by a car elevator.

- Personalized welcome by the owners with all the necessary information for your stay.
- The weekly rental price includes bed linen and beds made on arrival.
- Cleaning is optional at a rate of 150 euros.
- No smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

NEW YEAR'S STAY: Possibility to extend the stay for the week from December 24th to 31st to Sunday, January 1st or Monday, January 2nd at a rate of 100 euros per additional night.
