What is the Cani Trail?
It's a sporting discipline that brings together a dog and a human
the same effort: running. The dog, equipped with a pulling harness
harness, runs in front of his master, who is connected to his dog by an elastic lanyard and a harness or belt.
The Canitrail takes place over distances of up to 20 km in one or more stages over 1 or 2 days. These events can be run or walked at free pace.
This event is organized jointly by the Montchavin - Les Coches Tourist Office and Club La Meute Tarine, with the support of La Plagne Tarentaise Town Hall.

Our friends the dogs
The well-being of the dogs remains the main concern of the organizing team.
So, in the event of hot weather, schedules will be adapted. Water points will be set up at several points along the course to allow dogs to drink.

Did you know?
Just like humans entering a sporting event, dogs must also present a medical certificate.
medical certificate: the cyno-sanitary form is a sheet listing the dog's vaccinations and their validity dates. It contains all the information event organizers need. It must be signed by the veterinarian to guarantee the validity of the information it contains.
This information will be checked on the day of the event by the veterinarians present.
