The Refuge de la Traye spa advocates harmony between body and mind in the heart of the mountain. In this approach, relaxation, Savoyard ambiance and high technology are combined in the wellness service and senses.
Self-care cabins and innovative massages encompass this ethos. The Iyashi Dome sauna, the MostLEDS and Wellsystem treatments are among the most unique and exclusive services at altitude.
Other bespoke treatments and massages (facial and body) are offered in partnership with the Codage and Verso brands. In this area of pure relaxation, the Refuge offers numerous enchanting experiences, some of which are truly extraordinary, such as a hay bed, the milk bath, or the outdoor Jacuzzi - offering stunning views over the surrounding mountains and forests.

The Refuge de la Traye spa is a cocoon set in an enchanting universe where everything is gathered for the pleasure of the senses.
The atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation will allow you to recharge your batteries fully.
About
Before each treatment, massage, sauna or bath, you need to take a shower in your room. If you need, the outside shower is still available.
During direct personal treatments or massages, the mask is mandatory for you and the spa employee.
Use of the Jacuzzi, Sauna, hammam and milk bath may only be used by family/couple at one time – therefore reservation is obligatory.
Use of machines must be reserved.
A full disinfectant cleaning will take place between use.
For health and safety reasons, the hay bed is not available.
