The flat is composed of a living room opening onto a balcony. The living room features a lounge area with a sofa bed - dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A first bedroom, a master suite, is equipped with a double bed in 160 and has its own bathroom with Italian shower and WC. The second bedroom also offers a double bed in 160. The dormitory is equipped with 2 bunk beds or 4 single beds (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). Finally, a bathroom with washing machine and an independent WC complete this property.

The cleaning service is obligatory and includes the hire of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning at the end of the stay.
