A competition for all ages in the superb setting of the Plan d'Eau d'Albiez, with a Cross Triathlon in the morning (swimming + mountain biking + trail running) and a Swim Run in the afternoon (swimming and running).
CROSS TRIATHLON 3 categories:
-> 8-11 years: 100m Swim + 2.4km MTB + 1km Run - Start at 12:15pm
-> 12-25 years: 200m swim + 5.4km mountain bike + 2.4km run - Start at 12pm
-> S from 16 years: 500m Swim + 12.3km MTB + 4.8km Run - Start at 10am
SWIM RUN 3 categories:
-> Youth 12-19, duo or single: 450m Swim + 4.8km Run - Start 2pm for classics and 3pm for duos
-> S aged 16 and over: 900m Swim + 8km Run - Start at 4pm
For FFTRI license holders, license required.
For non-FFTRI licence holders, medical certificate required.

Cross Triathlon des Aiguilles d'Arves and Swimrun
In the superb setting of the Plan d'Eau, come and challenge yourselves or cheer on the participants in the Aiguilles d'Arves Cross Triathlon and Swinrun.
The Cross Triathlon is open to participants aged 8 and over, and the Swimrun to those aged 12 and over.

SWIM RUN :
- Category YOUTH 12-19 years. Possibility of doing the event as a duo with an adult: 5€/pers.
- Category S from 16 years: 15€.
Add 2€ for the pass-compétition for non-members.
