This charming traditional house is located just 100 meters from the slopes, in a peaceful residential hamlet. Facing south, it offers an excellent level of comfort as well as a large balcony to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape. Its furnished and shared outdoor space is very pleasant, offering a magnificent view of the village, the Grandes Rousses massif and the Aiguilles d'Arves. All necessary shops and services are available on site.

2 gîtes and 3 guest rooms in the owner's house. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, opening onto a balcony. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200cm / 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm), bathroom (bathtub), shared washing machine on the landing. Balcony. Common courtyard and grassy area with swing. Shared terrace (barbecue, tables, deck chairs). Shared above-ground swimming pool with solar heating (7 m x 3.50 m x 1.20 m).
