Morning from 9am to 12pm: Theoretical and practical workshops in the EPM annex.
Afternoon from 2pm to 5pm: Picking in the field around Val Cenis-Lanslebourg (with your own car).
Limited number of places, priority is given to people registering for the 5 days. Course cancelled if less than 10 people.
Possibility of purchase and signing of the books by the author.
