On site: ice cutting, freediving briefing, dressing, diving, sea lion exit.
When you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the session, go down the stairs and walk along the left-hand side of the lake to the slides (about 100 m). You will be greeted by a member of the team who will explain how the session will run.

Freediving under ice : equipped with your 5 or 7 mm wetsuit (preferably split), you will explore the ice by freediver, pulling or propelling yourself to life lines and safety holes spaced from 3 to 15 m.
