From the centre of Courchevel Le Praz, walk by the Peupliers hotel to the chapel, follow straight on and turn right on the Rue de la Culaz. In the turn, take the flat trail leading to Saint-Bon. Cross the road and enter in Saint-Bon-le-Haut. Take the first path on the left (Chemin du Paradis) towards "Le Freney". Follow the direction of Courchevel Le Praz to reach the Olympic ski-jumps and head back to the resort centre by the road.

From the center of Le Praz, go past the hotel Les Peupliers to the chapel, continue straight ahead and turn right into the rue de la Culaz. In the bend, take the path that goes flat towards Sain-Bon. Cross the road and enter Saint-Bon-le-Haut. Take the first path on the left (the Chemin du Paradis) towards Le Freney and continue straight on until you reach the hamlet of Le Freney. Follow the direction of Courchevel le Praz to go up to the Olympic ski jump and then join the resort center by the road.
