The second day is a succession of magnificent high mountain landscapes.... The turquoise waters of Lac Blanc, the ascent to the Col du Soufre under the Gébroulaz glacier and then the mineral descent to the refuge du Saut.

Prices
Free access. Fee-paying huts. During the period when the refuge is guarded, meals are available in addition to the overnight stay. When the hut is not guarded, the price of the night is compulsory.
Reception
Drinking water points at the Ritord mountain pasture and in the refuges.
Recommended equipment: poles, good walking shoes and warm clothing...
Rules in the heart of the Vanoise National Park :
- Do not bring dogs, even on a lead
- Do not pick or collect flowers, fruit, insects or minerals
- Take away all your rubbish
- Do not disturb the tranquillity of the area or the wildlife by noise, shouting or sound equipment
- Do not camp or bivouac EXCEPT near certain refuges
- Do not light fires
- Stay on the paths and avoid cutting the paths when descending
- Do not practice paragliding or other aerial sports
- Do not mountain bike
- Do not use motorised vehicles

From 15/06 to 15/09.
This route is accessible outside the snow season and subject to favourable weather conditions. It is advisable to book huts in advance. Refuges manned at this time of year.

Access
From Albertville, take the RN90 to Moûtiers, then follow signs for Bozel, then Pralognan-la-Vanoise. From the village, take the road towards the Chavière valley as far as the Pont de la Pêche car park.
There is a free shuttle bus from the village centre to the car park in July and August.
