Free access. There is no charge for the crossing itself, but for the accommodation (gites, refuges, hotels) and services (accompaniment by a mountain professional). Bivouacs are not permitted outside reserved sites (see Tourist Offices).
Reception
The return to Geneva can be done by train from the Seyssel station. Don't forget to check train timetables in advance.
Dogs must be kept on a leash. Check with your accommodation to find out if pets are accepted.
