The municipality of the Arve valley has just joined this national program, which aims to install cultural places in areas less provided than the big cities.
Overseen by the major national museums, such as the Louvre or the Pompidou Museum, it will consist of a digital museum, in which the most famous works will be projected.
The projected works are all part of the catalogs of the major national museums, such as the Louvre, the Pompidou museum, the Quai Branly museum, but also the Paris Opera which will offer extracts from concerts.
But there will be other modules, all installed in the Marnaz village hall: a fun café, a virtual reality space and a FabLab.
With this Micro-folie antenna, the municipality hopes to inspire visitors to go in person to museums that lend their works.
This new kind of cultural space should open its doors in the fall. Completely free, it's open to everyone.
