Set off on a 9-stage sensory discovery of landscapes, techniques and senses.
Here, time is no longer divided into fragments, but unfolds in richness. Open your eyes wide, listen, smell, breathe, from the pastures to the sweat of gestures, from the freshness of the valleys to the warm smell of milk from the udder, from the aromas of rennet to the smells of maturing...
Be attentive, everything is available to those who know how to receive, and here you'll get the best: the taste of the world.

What kind of taster are you?
Cheese is not just about taste!
Tasting cheese involves all our senses... we look at it, smell it, touch it, eat it and, most surprising of all, we listen to it.
From the tasting table, your senses will be awakened to appreciate all the subtleties of Abondance cheese!

The boutique
At the end of your visit, we invite you to discover the richness of our terroir with a wide range of products: Savoy cheeses, sausages, jams, honey, confectionery, books and souvenirs...
