Thanks to the tenacity and the work of the association "Moulins et Patrimoine de Saint-André", five water mills, with horizontal wheels, have been restored identically and three are in working order. In the hamlet of Pralognan, two are open to visitors: one regularly makes flour, the other has been converted into an ecomuseum where pieces and objects of milling are collected.
