In a semi-detached house located in a small hamlet (countryside atmosphere) 10 minutes from Lake Geneva, 72m² apartment fitted out on the raised ground floor (access by a few steps). Possibility of 1 additional person, i.e. 5 people (only if children are present).
Independent entrance.
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen (meal on a high table with stools) open to the living room (2 sofas, television, DVD player, only a window on the kitchen side).
2 bedrooms (lake view): bedroom 1 (1 180x190cm bed separable into 2 90cm beds), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm, extra bed for 1 person: fireside chair).
Large bathroom with shower, washbasin on cupboard, wc. 1 separate toilet.
Wifi internet access (fiber), washing machine in the gite. Sheets / bed linen included, towels rented from the owner.
Presence of a shed next to the gîte (only used for storage by the owners).
Private parking in front of the entrance, detached terrace and garden (opposite the gîte on the parking side), garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha parasol. Local skis / bikes.
The owners specialized in Yoga, QI Gong, Ayurveda offer themed stays, cures, courses...
Shores of Lake Geneva and Sciez beach 5.5km away. Thonon-Les-Bains (thermal baths) 13km, Evian-Bains 23km. Medieval village of Yvoire 10km. Departure of hikes from the gîte.
Ski: 1st resorts at 22km (Les Habères) or Bernex 32km, Vallée d'Abondance, Portes du Soleil 40km. Geneva 25km.
