Gite of 50m² on the ground floor of the owner's chalet (lower part of the chalet) offering a magnificent view of the village and the mountains.
Independent entrance. Access by the private terrace of the gîte.
Kitchen open to the living room (dining table, television, sofa), separate wc.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin on cupboard, washing machine), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm that can be combined to create a double bed on request, shower area + washbasin).
Wifi internet access. Bed linen provided, end of stay cleaning optional. Towels not provided.
Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, gas barbecue, parasol. Sloping ground on the front of the chalet.
Private parking for 1 car next to the gite or at the back of the chalet (road side - level 1st floor of the chalet).
Center of the village of Grand-Bornand 500m on foot or by car. In Le Grand-Bornand: shops, restaurants, swimming pool, cross-country skiing, activities...
Shuttle stop at 200m. Village of Chinaillon 5 km.
Skiing: Grand-Bornand ski lifts (Le Rosay - La Joyère gondolas) 1km away. Possibility to cut through the meadows in front of the gîte allowing direct access to the resort, depending on level and snow cover.
La Clusaz 7km, Thones 12km, Lake Annecy 26km. Annecy 32km. Many hikes from the cottage.
