Gite for 4 people (up to 6 with two children) located in an old farmhouse from 1870 near the owners' house. The gîte is integrated into a building shared with the owners (office/garage without nuisance).
Access to the gîte via the private terrace, fitted entrance hall. Living room with open kitchen, dining tables (with chairs and benches) and relaxation area near the fireplace. Laundry room with washing machine.
Staircase leading to the first floor offering a 2nd relaxation area with TV as well as a locked glass room. Bedroom 1 ‘Sous-Dine’ offers a 160x200 bed, 2 armchairs and coffee table, a wall-mounted connected TV. Private bathroom with large shower and double sink, separate WC. Large storage cupboard. Upstairs in the bedroom, in a mezzanine, 2 90x190 cm beds.
Room 2 'Parmelan' is independent, only accessible from the outside (same building, opposite side). 160x200cm bed, desk area, 2 armchairs and coffee table, wall-mounted connected TV, wardrobe. Private bathroom with large shower and double sink, separate WC. Common access corridor with the owners. Access to the garden/park and the heated swimming pool in spring and summer. Trampoline and ping-pong table. Parking in front of the gîte in the courtyard (gate). 7Kw fast charging terminal.
Sheets provided and beds made upon your arrival. Household and bathroom linen provided. End of stay cleaning included. Shops 1.5km (Thorens-Glières). Bus stop a few meters away.
Plateau des Glières (13km) with a large number of activities: In winter Nordic site with cross-country skiing/skating (school), toboggan/snowshoe trails, dog sledding… In summer walks in the mountain pastures, mountain biking, caving, visits to the farms.
