Gîte of 96m2 on the 1st floor (ground floor from the car park), of a house also comprising 2 other gîtes upstairs.
Common entrance for the 3 gîtes at the back of the house (3 access steps from the car park).
Entrance hall, independent fitted kitchen, lounge/living room (bench, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm that can be combined on request into a 160cm bed), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm).
Bathroom (shower), separate wc. Wi-Fi Internet.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
Balcony with garden furniture (table and chairs), parasol and barbecue. Washing machine located in a utility room located in the basement of the house.
