Les Cristalliers

In La Frasse neighbourhood, 750m far from the center of Chamonix : gîte of 50m2 set up on 2 levels in a chalet-style house also including the owner's accommodation (semi-detached).
Each has its own private entrance. Separate entrance from the ground floor.
On the ground floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and wc.
Upstairs: integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, sofa), giving access to a small terrace with furniture, offering a very beautiful view of the Mont-Blanc.
Bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), separate wc. For your comfort, sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels are included. WiFi internet.
Private garage with bikes available. Private parking in front of the gîte or in the garage.
Shuttle stop at 150m for the city center and cable cars for skiing and summer hikes (La Flégère and Les Grands Montets). Town center at 750m (10 minutes on foot).
Swimming pool, skating rink, thermal baths, and skiing within 500m Guest card provided upon arrival (free transport to the valley).
Garden with furniture, deckchairs, accessible in summer.
House located on the edge of the Mont-Blanc Express railway line (Franco-Swiss link: approximately 1 hourly train : from 6:30am to 20:30pm). Non-smoking gîte.
