Le Balcon des Arves

The balcony faces south with a magnificent panorama (Pic de l'Etendard, Aiguilles d'Arves & Col de la Croix de Fer).
Very well equipped, you will feel at home: washing machine, dishwasher, bath, microwave, oven, hob, hood, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner + irobot, Nespresso , Special tea, connected TV, DVD player with DVD for the whole family, plancha, raclette machine, fondue / wok machine, food processor, outdoor table + chairs, baby bed, baby high chair,... Possibility to have bed and bathroom linen.

You can stay there for 6 people:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds,
- 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single mezzanine bed,
- 1 “real” comfortable sofa bed.

You will be near to all while staying in a calm & cozy environment: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, shops, daycare... As downhill skiing, many activities are possible: mountain biking on snow, paragliding, snowshoeing, walking with sled dogs, bowling, cinema, disco... Free municipal shuttle in front of the residence with fixed timetable at the stop and the possibility of geolocating the shuttle. There is also a night shuttle: accessible to everyone, it allows you to go to the cinema, bowling or eat in the hamlet of La Chal.

Animals are accepted. Individual covered parking. The apartment is ranked 3 stars (tourist office/municipality of Saint Jean d'Arves).
