Separate entrance and private parking at the back of the gîte.
1st floor: hall with library, equipped kitchen, large living room with dining table, sofa, television, pellet stove (pellets provided), access to the balcony terrace from the living room and the kitchen. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin 80x190cm beds to create 1 double bed), bedroom 3 (1 90x190cm bed and 2 twin 80x190cm beds), bathroom (bath), 1 separate toilet.
Ground floor: small bedroom 4 (1 bed 90x190cm), bathroom (shower, wc), laundry area with washing machine and washing basin, entrance hall with storage, access to the garden in front of the gîte .
Sheets / bed linen are included, towels not provided, end of stay cleaning optional. Internet access.
Balcony - terrace with garden furniture and plancha offering a beautiful view of the mountains. Garden reserved for the gîte with small garden table, deckchairs. Private parking at the back of the gîte. Possibility of storing skis and bicycles in the owners' room.
Thônes town center (all shops and services, summer swimming pool, equestrian center, tree climbing) 1.5km away. Shops within walking distance. Skiing: Aravis resorts in Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Manigod / La Croix Fry (linked to La Clusaz) at 13km.
