Gite of 50m² + 13m² attic, fitted out on 2 levels (1st and 2nd floors) of a completely restored old barn also including another apartment (owners' secondary residence). Location in the heart of the village next to small shops (bakery, butcher and restaurants).
Independent entrance. Access by external staircase directly onto the beautiful wooden balcony-terrace of the gîte.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table, sofa, television), access to the balcony-terrace.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 twin 80x200cm beds which can create 1 160x200cm bed), bathroom with shower, vanity unit, washing machine and toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning on request. Wifi internet.
Balcony-terrace of 16m², facing south. Garden furniture, parasol, electric barbecue. 1 private parking space on site in front of the accommodation.
Services and activities: small shops (bakery, butcher, restaurant) on site in the village center. Supermarket in Lugrin 1.5km away.
All shops in Evian-les-Bains, thermal baths, casino, swimming pool 3km away. Shores of Lake Geneva, beach 1.5km away. Thonon-les-Bains 13km. Bus stop 50m away.
Access possible to Switzerland by boat from Thonon or Evian. Geneva 46km.
