Hameau des Chamois - Chalet sleeping 12

Spacious 160m² chalet with 3 levels: you enter the chalet via the large terrace (on the slope side) on level 0, where you'll find the living areas with panoramic views of the entire Mont-Blanc massif. Everything is designed to comfortably accommodate 12 people, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook for large gatherings.

- The kitchen is organized around a convivial central island with 6 high chairs, and is very well equipped: large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, microwave oven, large Multizones induction hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 raclette machines, 2 fondue machines, electric multi-crepe machine, croque-monsieur machine, electric mixer, soup blender, and all the necessary utensils (pots, pans, casserole...).
- Living room with corner sofa and armchairs, coffee table, TV, and a wood-burning stove (wood supplied by us) for cosy evenings by the fire, Bluetooth hi-fi system.

The bedrooms are well separated from the living areas, and are located on the -1 floor, with 3 bedrooms and their 3 bathrooms, and on the +1 floor, with a family area with 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom.

- Bedroom 1 (P'tit Loup theme) with 3 beds: 1 single bed 90X200 + 2 bunk beds 90X200 and a dedicated bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 (Neige theme) sleeps 2: 1 double bed 160X200 and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3 (Marmottes theme) sleeps 2: 2 single beds 90X200 (can be made into a double bed) and en-suite shower room

- Bedroom 5 (Bear theme) sleeps 3: 3 single beds 90x200 (2 of which can form a double bed)

The 5 bedrooms are equipped with connected TVs and storage cupboards, and the bathrooms are fitted with fan-assisted towel dryers and hairdryers.

- Baby equipment (on request): high chair, cot, potty and toilet reducer

- Internet included: free wifi in the chalet (telecommuting possible)
- Private ski room (adjoining the chalet) with boot dryer
- The exceptional location of the chalets means you can park your car (private parking lot with barrier + code) and never touch it again.
- All-inclusive rate: bed linen (beds made up) and towels supplied for 12 people, end-of-stay cleaning included.
- Additional tourist tax according to number of adults (free for under-18s), paid to the Grande Plagne Tourist Office.

- Breathtaking views of the Mont-Blanc massif, Bourg St Maurice valley and Les Arcs ski resort (on the side).
- At the foot of the slopes, from the chalet and back on skis, with the Téléski Petit Sauget lift opposite, as well as the Piou-Piou kids' club; close to the Télécabine du Lac Noir and Télébufette (free cable car to the resort center), close to the arrival of the Télécabine de Montchavin, 2 runs from the Vanoise Express cable car linking Les Arcs with Peisey-Vallandry.
- Family Plus" resort for children (Les Coches daycare center for children aged 5 months to 4 years)
- Fresh bread and viennoiseries delivered to the chalet door in the morning (pre-ordered the day before from our local contact).
- I take care of reservations for 4 chalets. If my chalet is unavailable, I can offer you another similar chalet.
- If there are more of you, you can also rent a 4-bed T2 apartment in the same Hameau des Chamois.
- Possibility of renting several chalets (subject to availability), or putting you in touch with other owners (if our chalet is unavailable).
