In an old traditional farm from 1830, gite of 82m² (+11 m² attic) laid out on 3 levels, adjoining the owner's house. Mid-mountain sector, 8km from the center of the village of La Muraz.
Independent entrance.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to relaxation area (pellet stove), bathroom (shower cubicle) with wc, washing machine.
1st floor (access by steep stairs): living room (TV with portable antenna), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160X200cm, cot).
2nd floor (access by steep, staggered stairs): bedroom 2: large bedroom with 2 sleeping areas (1 140x190cm bed and 2 90x190cm beds).
Height under beams: 2m on the ground floor, 1.90m on the 1st floor. Optional: rental of sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Wi-Fi internet. Main heating by pellet stove in the gite + electric backup.
Terrace area in front of the cottage and garden on the side with garden furniture, barbecue.
In summer, 1 parking space in front of the house (not available in winter due to snow); in winter, free parking in the center of the hamlet at 100m.
Center of the Col de la Croisette hamlet at 100m (restaurant, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, 1 ski lift depending on snow conditions) offering a magnificent view of the Valley and surrounding mountains, La Roche sur Foron (organization of fairs and exhibitions at Rochexpo) at 22km, Geneva, Lake Geneva at 17km, Annecy and its lake at 34km. Skiing in the Aravis (Le Grand Bornand, La Clusaz) 52km. Shops in Collonges-sous-Salève 6km.
1 only small animal accepted. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
