Independent chalet of 85m² arranged on 2 levels with 2 terraces, one with a private spa, magnificent mountain view. Parking and entrance possible on the 2 levels (ground floor and 1st floor of the chalet).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining room (air conditioning), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and wc. Laundry room / pantry with washing machine and dryer. Terrace on this level with summer kitchen, barbecue, plancha, fridge and garden furniture.
1st floor of the chalet: living room with sofa, air conditioner, 124cm television, wood stove (wood excluded), reversible air conditioning. Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, tv), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm, tv). Bathroom (corner bath), separate wc. 2nd wooden terrace with sauna (free) and private spa. The commissioning of the spa is fixed and payable once per stay (regardless of the duration) up to €150 (with a security deposit of €500).
