In a quiet mountain hamlet located in the heart of Haute-Savoie, beautiful 110m2 gîte on two floors, housed in an old renovated farmhouse also including owners' accommodation. Atmosphere and decoration combining contemporary (ground floor) and Savoyard / wood (upper floor). Independent access. On the ground floor: Integrated kitchen open to living room with island and high seats. Living room with dining room, fireplace and armchairs. Adjoining lounge area with sofa, armchairs, small library, giving access to the bathroom, separate WC and laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Access to two private terraces (east covered and south-east in the garden).
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200 cm, cot) and bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190 cm). Access to a large bathroom with separate WC.
Sheets are provided (beds made on arrival), as are towels. End of stay cleaning offered with supplement. Wifi internet access. Closed room for ski / bike available on request. 1st basket of wood offered, 10 € / basket thereafter.
Ski areas: Praz-de-Lys at 11km, Morillon (Grand Massif - connection with Samoëns and Flaine) at 10 km, Samoëns (Gd Massif) and les Gets (Portes du Soleil) at 20km, Geneva at 34km, Annecy at 60 km . From the gîte, many hikes. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
