The flat, located on the 1st floor, is served by 2 lifts and walkways equipped with rubber mats. All the windows or bay windows open onto the outside, none of which opens onto one of the corridors. The living room gives access to the south-facing 6 m² balcony overlooking the toboggan run and offering a beautiful view of the mountain.

The flat is available from 5 p.m. onwards (it can be made available from 1 p.m. onwards for a supplement of 30 € to be paid at the time of booking) and must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
