Tsaretta Spice, Méribel opened its doors in 2016 and has fast established itself as a culinary hotspot. By offering authentically cooked, contemporary Indian cuisine it brings a unique culinary experience to the French Alps. Head Chef, Yousuf Mohammed refined his skills in some of the UK’s finest Indian Restaurants including Dishoom, Tamarind and Bombay Brasserie. However, it is Yousuf’s childhood in Hyderabad where his father taught him to cook and his subsequent travels that provide the menu inspiration and attention to detail that has seen Tsaretta Spice go from strength to strength.
The restaurant is located close to the piste and is a favoured destination for the both the local community and holiday makers alike. It provides a vibrant environment to catch up with friends, enjoy a drink after a day on the mountain and to sample some of Yousuf’s culinary delights.
