A world dedicated to mountain pasture life in summer - Morzine (Pointe de Nyon)

ACCESS :
On foot, via the Pointe de Nyon cable car.
By car, from the Col de joux plane road.

THE CONCEPT:
The Monde de Jacquotte team sets up for the summer at the pointe de Nyon to introduce you to life on the mountain pastures, the transhumance and Jacquotte's friends (farm animals).
Animal shows: demonstration of the work of a herding dog; presentation of birds of prey.
Educational hikes, children's play areas.

CATERING :
In our chalet, at lunchtime, in the form of buffets:
-fresh" buffet (hors d'oeuvres, salads, etc.)
old-fashioned raclette buffet
-Bar and delicacies from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SHOWS: (free admission)
- La vie des alpages": demonstrations of the work of the herding dog (11:00/14:00/16:00).
- Les rapaces de nos alpages" (birds of prey on our mountain pastures): presentation with falconers' gloves and in flight on the terrace.
(12:30 to 1:30 pm).

ACTIVITIES: (free access)
In the footsteps of a shepherd" game (outdoors).
The "snowy forest", France's largest ball pool (indoors).
An educational trail outside the chalet to learn more about birds of prey and alpine fauna.
Visit the aviaries of birds of prey.

PRIVILEGED MOMENTS (registration required)
- shepherd's morning": a behind-the-scenes look at transhumance, in the company of the shepherd and his dogs, followed by breakfast.
- In the footsteps of animals": educational activities for children.
