A native of the region and owner of the family chalet, Isabelle will welcome you once again with an original concept that surprised and pleased last winter, but also in a more traditional restaurant setting, including a fondue bar.
You'll also be able to enjoy a limited-edition lunch where quality comes first, with a personalized welcome "just like home" in the "little chalet", which can accommodate 4 to 8 guests in a private area.
Once you've swapped your ski boots for slippers made in a French factory, you're ready to settle in to the chalet's stylishly decorated dining rooms (cloth tablecloths and napkins, china cabinet, armchairs, crockery and plaids), or onto the adjoining terrace. One table at a time, authentic cuisine based on local produce is served in the finest style.
Isabelle is determined to create a "real" and rare address, where she takes great care of her guests.

The restaurant has been awarded the "table de terroir" label by Table et Auberge de France.
What's more, Isabelle and her team are committed to a responsible restaurant approach, with waste reduction and sorting measures, short circuits, local and seasonal products. The restaurant is a member of the Mountain Riders Association.

Access
The Chez Laurette restaurant is located at "Plan Bois", which in winter is on the ski slopes.
In summer, access is via the Plan Bois road: towards Les Coches, at the roundabout take the route des Bauches, you'll pass the Vanoise Express and the next hairpin on your right, take the direction of "Sauget" then continue along the road to its terminus at Plan Bois (sign on the road indicating the restaurant).
In summer, there's also a gondola lift for the slightly disabled, but the descent is on foot rather than in a wheelchair.
