We're all about sharing, generosity and accessibility! That's what gets us going. That's what fuels our overflowing joviality, a proposal ‘for all’ that gave us the idea of the Port Restaurant and the Starboard Cellar. From this far-fetched but not so far-fetched idea, we are finally rolling out a comfortable carpet for any gourmet who pushes open one of the two doors. On the one hand, there's a bistronomic surprise in 3, 4 or 6 courses, and on the other, takeaway meals, a grocery shop and this tapas bar-style dining cellar - even click and collect has been invited in! olé!

Profile
Michaël is originally from Annecy, so he knows his roots and the richness of the land where he was born, a land that offers him a multitude of possibilities. He has also worked hard here and there, forging his happy but well-tempered character with committed chefs such as Claude Legras, Christian Lesquer, Yannick Alléno, Didier Decourten, Jacques Chibois, Hélène Darroze, Philippe Labbé and Sébastien Crison. No less than 18 years and 17 stars to surf before taking the plunge, free and full of desire, jokes and mischief of course!
