Chef Mickey Bourdillat doesn't limit his inspiration to products from France's most beautiful Alpine valleys. His cuisine is a journey through the Alps, the Aosta Valley and even the Mediterranean Basin. Each dish on the seasonal menu is an invitation to share and enjoy, values so dear to the mountain people and to the chef.
