The refreshment bar, restaurant of the Cascade du Dard offers a varied menu with home-made dishes based on local products (cheese, cold cuts, wine...) and recipes from our region:
Fondue, reblochonnade, as well as the famous "Farçon de mamie" recipe handed down from generation to generation. But also salads, pancakes, omelets, pies... for a little break.
The chalet is open every day from June to September, as well as on Tuesday evenings in July and August.
