The safety of our customers and employees remains our priority. Our safety experts and the health authorities have worked to implement all the additional hygiene and protection measures to guarantee you a high level of safety. This Safety+ Charter is certified by Hygiacare Conseil, an independent organisation specialising in health safety.

Through this Safety+ Charter, Pierre & Vacances undertakes to:

1 – Take the health authorities' recommendations for adapting its approach to Covid-19 into account,

2 – Adopt communication on preventive measures to be put in place in the face of the risks of transmission of Covid-19,

3 – Train its staff in the barrier gestures and the measures put in place in the Safety+ Charter, as well as giving them personal protective equipment,

4 – Put signing in place to ensure that social distancing of’1m50 is respected in reception areas and recreational areas,

5 – Make hand sanitizer gel available for clients and staff in the common areas,

6 – Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection plan, particularly for accommodation, common areas and reception areas, thermal areas (swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms) and points of contact (e.g. lift panels, door handles, payment terminals, etc.) by adapting the cleaning and disinfection products to the anti-Covid-19 virucidal standard in force, EN 14 476.

7 – Strengthen the checks and cleaning of all its ventilation systems,

8 – Ensure that the cleaning of the linen and sheets in the accommodation is in line with the health authorities' guidelines,

9 – Clean the everyday tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs) in the apartments in compliance with the health authorities' guidelines before allowing guests into the accommodation,

10 – Ensure that the different rooms of the apartments are aired before allowing guests into the accommodation,

11 – Ensurer regular disinfection during the day of all points of contact with a virucidal disinfectant that complies with the standard indicated against Covid-19,

12 - Establish and apply the reinforced access and health safety instructions specific to thermal recreational areas in accordance with the authorities' current guidelines,

13– Ensure and respecter a risk management protocol in the case of a suspicion of Covid-19 contagion.
