From the car park, take the road for 100 m to reach the sign "Sous la Bèque", then take direction "La Bèque" by a path that goes up into the forest. When you reach the sign "La Bèque", continue towards "Tré le Sez", then "Sous Zorons". And take the road to descend to the starting point passing through "Les Monts".
