Walk to discover forest life and a hamlet like that of Romme. With a departure from the center of the village, this hike is accessible both in summer and in winter. Snowshoes are therefore recommended during snowfall.

    From the restaurant, continue along the road for 100m and take care to take the
    trail to your left in the direction of «Tour de la Tête de Romme». Before the forest, on your right, go in the direction of «Tour de la Tête de Romme par Charvet». Then go in the direction of «Tour de la Tête de Romme». This loop’s main difficulty will be the steep 300m descent. After this descent, go left, taking the path marked «Tour de Romme par les Sangles». It will take you back to the hamlet.

    Variation : Take the sharp uphill for 150m, on your left, starting at the descent. You will reach the top of La Tête de Romme (1463m). Keep going straight to come back. Avoid this route when the weather is poor due to the rocky ridge.
