This little stream was man made around 1240, its source is located at 1800 metres and it crosses the forest of Aime before descending to the village of Longefoy. Before it reached the village the water was used to power the windmills.
Access: 2 points available:
1) Drive up the mountain by car until you reach the car park of the holiday centre "Dou de la Ramaz". Then you will find the departure point next to the "Fornelet" chair lift.
2) The ski school (ESF) organise a guided walk with an instructor who takes you via the forest. Further information is available from the ski school.

The bief Bovet

Snowshoes walk. There are 80 information boards spread along the route so you can learn about the Bief in a calm and quiet setting along with the peaceful sound of the trickling stream.
