This snowshoeing itinerary takes you above the village of Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval on a natural sun-drenched balcony. The walk culminates with a beautiful aerial view over the village.

From the Tourist Office, cross the white bridge and head towards the school. Then follow the left bank to the bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the road for about 300 metres. When you arrive opposite the oratory, cross the road (caution!) to find the start of the signposted itinerary. On the path you'll see the Pointe de Sales and Tenneverge peaks, as well as the summit of the Grenier de Commune.
The itinerary goes down to the hamlets of Le Crot, then Les Curtets. Follow the road for about 100 metres, then take the bridge at Le Vivier and cross the hamlet. After the cemetery, go straight on until you find yourself back at the Tourist Office.
