Departing from Vallorcine (74660)
Average length : 01h30
Distance : 3.6km
Signed walking trail

At the end of the village, a track leads you through the meadows and eventually narrows to a footpath. Cross the Nant du Rand stream and stay on the higher path that goes across the hillside. This joins the path from Barberine and climbs up towards the torrent, where you will find the waterfall.

Coming back: follow the same route via the village of Barberine, heading down the RD 1506 road for about 100 metres, then up through a clearing on the right. Near the oratory, there are a few steps over the railway tunnel. Next, follow the path until you join the Eau Noire path which goes up to the right towards Vallorcine.

Note: The Maison de Barberine (Vallorcine museum) is worth a visit (open in July and August). It is found at the RD 1506 road side of the village.
