0/ Set off from the chapel of St Guérin
1/ Go towards Mont Rosset chalet then Col du Mont Rosset.
2/ Go back down to the Refuge de la Balme.
Cross the footbridge at Laval to come back to the starting point.

Safety rules
- Check the weather forecast before setting off.
- Avoid going alone. Let someone know when you are leaving and what route you will be taking.
- Don't forget to drink, eat and take breaks throughout the walk.
Equipment
- Make sure you are wearing suitable footwear and clothing for the mountains.
- Take: sun cream, a cap, sunglasses, warm clothing, rain gear and a mobile phone in case of problems.
- Take an IGN map with you. This map is provided for information only and does not replace an IGN map.
Good behaviour
- Stay on the marked paths and avoid hay meadows.
- Respect the environment.
- Watch out for herds and keep your dog on a lead.
- Be careful with your litter, take it away with you.
