From the Roc Sabal turn, take the flat track to the Chemin du Laition, into the forest of the same name. Continue until you reach the Avals valley trail (it is possible to continue your walk to the Avals valley viewpoint). Next, go down the Belvédère area by the groomed track then by the road until you reach the starting point.
