Take the direction of the forest road , after the area of picnic, in the crossroad coming from Sallanches, take the way on the right up to the col du of Jaillet. then go on towards small Croise Baulet, before turning on the right through rhododendrons in the direction of the chalets of Avenaz. These chalets built in the middle of the high mountain pasture. Extraordinary point of view. You join the picnic aea by this way in the forest road.

Boucle de l’Avenaz
A path which winds between blueberries in magnificent wood of épiceas and in the direction of the chalets of Avenaz in the middle of high mountain pastures, with a wonderfull view on all the chain of Mont Blanc.
